    1994年理瑞精品開發有限公司、從原先以建設機械挖土機相關等業務與癈五金業務部門為主。 2010年開始、為因應迎接國際環境NGO環保新時代、IT時代新領域大衆生活所需。由歐、日等各國開發進口各式新商品為己任、公司特別結合専業伙伴開展：健康食品部門、醫療藥品器具部門、建設機械設備業部門。

    1994年創立した理瑞精品開発会社は金属スクラップ、日本から中古建設機械とパーツを輸出入して貿易商売とすると同時に、台湾国内の建設機械修理も承りますが、2010年から、国際環境NGOの新しい時代とIT時代を迎えるため、それに対応する社会生活機能などを見ている理瑞はヨロッパ、日本の各国から新しい商品を輸入して専業知識と技術を持つパートナを結合して健康食品、医療薬品、医療器具、建設機械設備の各営業部を取り組んできました。
